It is our belief that it will require a change in farming methods, a different attitude and a willingness to take responsibility, and be held accountable for, the quality of food grown and sold in the marketplace.
There is no logical reason that organic products should cost more than those grown with chemical fertilizers. In fact, organically grown produce should be less expensive as equally large yields can be harvested without relying solely on the use of expensive chemical fertilizers.
